If its website maintenance, the whole domain shouldn't disappear just like that, right?
Anyone called up CHGS office to clarify?

Is it still possible to trade without going through the site? Or have they completely stopped trading online or offline until further notice?

Does anyone know?

there is, you can call the office to ask
they can put you in touch with their agents. ther eis a few left most left since the scheme is finish being sold
its much tougher and its design that way to curb buying and selling

also its much easier if you sell to someone who has a regular agent and familar with the new harder process

Thanks! I also just received this reply from them.

QUOTE
Dear Grower,
Greetings from CHGS!

We would like to inform that our trading is still in upgrading progress due to the system problem it caused the trading in error.

Therefore, if grower want to sell out your plots then you have to get your own buyer. This is the option for current situation and also instruction from the management company.

Once you get your buyer, just inform us and prepare relevant documents needed.
Then transactions can be do as usual.
For current selling price and purchase price is only RM500.00 gap.

Selling price: based on Initial price + RM500.00 only

                          (E.g Initial: RM5000, Selling: RM5500)

Purchase price: E.g would be RM5500.00 (dividend will be received based on Initial price: RM5000)

Thank you and have a nice day.

Best Regards,
