We have abt 3 plots ( in 3 family names ). Will courier signed proxy forms to MSWG on 4 Feb ( to arrive on 5 Feb ). Kindly inform MSWG so that in time to submit.

GM, I shall personally deliver signed proxy to him / her in Penang. I missed that meeting in Penang as I only came to know of later.

How come CHGS never mention their Lahad Datu plantation, all the talking is on the Gua Musang Estate, even the Lahad Datu plantation is never mentioned for sale? What will happen to the plantation after termination?

The Lahad Datu plantation BELONGS to Bee Garden Holdings Sdn. Bhd. with a RM80 million loan from......and somehow repaid.

The yield is better there despite more elephants!

The money is not paid yet as Bee garden still owes outstanding 80 mil in the accounts. (Will be used to re-pay grower slowly upon termination of scheme)

Let me get this straight... CHGS ask money from grower, then lend 80 mil to Bee Garden (related party) to buy Lahad Datu Plantation. . So the grower get what? And the loan is interest free!

Grower gets screwed .....

refer to the latest letter from LKY. http://www.chgs.com.my/LATEST.pdf. There is a 19.7mil cost for acquisition of Lahad Datu estate. Lahad Datu should belongs to PGCB.

Anyone kind enough to share the highlights of the forum held at MSWG earlier today?

Noted from his letter that the last payment last year was paid from non-estate internally generated funds.

BS. The payment was actually paid from the RM215 million from the investors!

But never mention at ALL in the valuation, earnings and termination of the scheme? Did the land in Lahad Datu disappear into the ocean.. or someone's pocket?

LKY mentioned in his own statement the payment was actually paid from the RM215M collected from investors.

Would someone that has attend the forum at MSWG please start a chat session for many here who would likely turn out to be victims of THE CROOK.

" This is only a glimpse of the meeting, waiting for the minutes from MSWG.....1. MSWG has wrote to CCM to step in to postpone of the GM on 08 Feb for negotiation.and expecting a response by today.
2. MSWG propose to accept the resolution with condition that the term of repayment is within 6 month + 2012 dividend.
3. MSWG is only providing a platform for Growers and will not act on behalf.
4. 5 persons have been identified to negotiate during the 08 Feb meetings if LKY do not accept the counter proposal.

If the result does not favour us as minority, the only next course of action is to appeal to the court for an injunction, the cost is about RM5k but again, MSWG will not act on our behalf and the question who take the lead is still questionable ??? "

MSWG has already done for us a very great deed by putting out the first press release on Jan-19 of this shocking early termination proposal and today hosting the forum for us.
MSWG can recommend an experienced legal team should there be a need, but now is still the time to negotiate and counter offer.
