Some information for reference:
5% reserved fund is kept by trustee. Reserve fund have to release to management company if the scheme expired or voluntary terminated. Estimate 5% about 10mil. They only need to top up another 5% to pay with 30 days for first payment.

I read LKY latest letter in chgs.com.my. There is a cost of Acquistion of Lahad Datu Estate 19.7mil. This estate profit should share with all the grower since they use our money to buy it and they never mention the current value of Lahad Datu estate.

The money is not paid yet as Bee garden still owes outstanding 80 mil in the accounts. (Will be used to re-pay grower slowly upon termination of scheme)

Let me get this straight... CHGS ask money from grower, then lend 80 mil to Bee Garden (related party) to buy Lahad Datu Plantation. . So the grower get what? And the loan is interest free!

refer to the latest letter from LKY. http://www.chgs.com.my/LATEST.pdf. There is a 19.7mil cost for acquisition of Lahad Datu estate. Lahad Datu should belongs to PGCB.
