It is amazing how many of you are having this problem... I have only seen this once and I knew how my cousin abuse his phone.

People are buying too much into the promise that the phone is waterproof.

I would say it has nothing to do with subpar quality.

Personally I think it has more to do with a couple of factors. First is the thinner bezel that Samsung has been championing over the last few years. Secondly is how the back of the screen is literally attached to the battery which will be bloated as it degrades over the years. And lastly I think users should handle their phone with some care, as waterproofing also degrades over time plus dropping the phone also exacerbate the whole issue.

I've this green line issue which i kena twice.

1st time happens in May, but that time still under warranty, so fast fast go replace.

2nd time kena just right after their 3 months warranty .From 1 green line to multiple lines, in total of 13.

A user of Samsung from S3>S8>S22+. I'm starting to lost trust on Samsung quality. Just wondering, is it worth again to RISK for replacing the screen, which might happens again or just save this money to purchase a new phone.

Seem like many get green line issue. All manufacturing from same OLED screen. Any other alternative which don't use OLED screen?

Which means every few years need to change phone due to green line issue. This really waste spending. Still prefer Nokia 3310. 

The warranty need at least 5 years. 2yrs is just waste of money coz after every 2yrs samsung get green line issue on screen.

Not only purposely but quality also KO. Note8 was advertised as water proof but mine spoiled after dunk into a pail of water not even 30 mins or 1.5meters deep

I wonder if Samsung can service my Korea set S22U or not. Samsung don't have international warranty right for their fons

Yesterday night my s 20 ultra decide 2 slip off my butter hand into deep drain water while i was unlocking 2 check 4 any CNY sales for S24+

I sent 2 shop the next day and they said they try 2 repair in 48 hours but success rate less than 10%

Well i did not use at all but i left the AOD on until it died off itself
