Mine the screen from light sabre become pink line become all bright white unusable too bright to even look at the screen.

Luckily I transfer everything to my USB SSD before.

For me, the maximum spend for HP is 3k, which is not more than that.

Plus, the reason companies/government/government staff have contracts with Telco or HP companies like Apple/Samsung is more for good aftersales support, which Chinese phone makers, except Huawei, can provide so far. Repair, send KL, repair send WM :x

But but but for ordinary consumer like me Samsung won't bother. The services you mentioned are for big companies or government staffs only. I remember sending my faulty out of warranty Note8 for checking at Samsung SC & need to pay RM 70 just for "checking" without even opening the Fon to see what's wrong. That's how Samsung makes money. You buy flagship if no more warranty the Fon becomes shit.

Seems like S22 and S23 start having green line issue now.

Would go for other brands for next phone just that I miss the Mode & routine feature in sammy, very useful

Imo, Samsung device become 'lemah' after Note 20 series,

Mine S3, Note 2, Note 4, Note 9, Note 10 plus, Note 10 Lite, S10e, S20FE all working exceeded 4years, S3 and Note 9 was 1 to 1 change in Kuching Service Centre Likewise my Mate 20, 20x and Honor. Only battery ada issue.

Now, since most devices after Note 10 plus are provided by companies/gov foc (becoz previous owner free upgrade to S20u-S22u, S22u-24u) we notice all of the no line issue. Light-moderate usage and no gaming

While our HM5pro, 5units send for RMA out of 10 unit, camera issue.

S25 series likely will launch next month in January, if you still need to use the modes & routine in One UI then Samsung is your only choice. For me I just cincai need a Fon for Whatsapp banking app & Facebook only lol

I still have a Fold 5 I wonder how long it will last before problems start appearing. My note 10+ despite changing new battery still battery drain like rain water thanks to exynos bad efficiency.

I need to check my pocket whether got RM deep enough to buy or not. CNY coming lots things I need to buy first. Plus the Note 10+ no more OTA updates from Samsung. I'm using it as a alarm clock with AOD always on. Need to charge every 3 days only
