heavily dependent on singapore.
houses now are being bought up quickly by people working in singapore.
a lot of new developments in the area. quite nice also. nicest is probably eco botanic but the EB price is already premium compared to other townships in the area.

if more singaporean companies set up facilities in gerbang nusajaya, pretty sure property prices will continue to grow here. BUT... i doubt it will be a sudden boom. more likely a slow burn as 1-by-1 new companies set up.

johor property is targeting those who earn x3.5

880k, 10% down payment, 30 years loan period, monthly rm3.5k here, but its only 1k sgd, even all F spm graduate cross bridge do cleaner or buang sampah also can afford

thats the power of conversion rate

It seem all the property news is "close to CIQ". sad.gif . Not a healthy growth for Johor.

there is a risk if another PKP starts. but that is unlikely. the proximity to singapore will continue to be a selling point so long as singapore continues to grow.

if you can afford 3 landed in Austin (assumed its current price), its more worth to buy 1 condo in SG to be honest.
Unless she bought it like 8-10 years ago then that time around 400-500k, now all nearing 700-1m.
