Buy used property nearby can be cheaper still cos many of old houses are sold <200k twenty years ago. It won't sell that high

On the ballpark current going for 20x70 2004 subsale is at 600-650k

Back then 200k is consider expensive. 20 x 70 is very small IMO. 22 x 70 will be easier to park 2 cars

Damn earning 400k in the span of 20 years should owner choose to sell is very handsome profit. But then again if you sell and want to buy new one will be too expensive everywhere
