developer build housing with overinflated price > setup property sub agency company > use agents to buy up /register property > publish news say 100% sold > months later partition living room and kitchen area, rent out at exorbitant prices while looking for willing buyer

im staying in JB. i've also tried buying a unit at mutiara rini. can confirm, it is hot stuff. i came late so the only units available are on the outskirts of the township and price already quite high so i decided not to proceed.

Upon checking the website, the actually sold with loan confirmation is only 30%.

The rest owner might be just "register" first but not actually proceed or still in the loan proceeding, but 30% is quite a scary number also judging by the price. The database is still not the latest, need to wait next month for the actual data to update in the database.

your data is probably just on the latest phase. they got many many phases. the best locations all fully sold.

i also staying in JB. my friend buy a 1m cluster house in Setia Tropika last year. Need to go there queue at 3am. Manage to get a unit. Those that come queue at 6am all makan sendiri don't get anything.

Another friend queue for this year's launch there. 1am go queue. 4th person. when open door see so many units kena marked. the sales people say bought by internal staff. she rage kaw kaw in FB.

JB landed property really like hotcakes now.

If I'm not wrong a lot of the purchaser are actually aim for Hospital Sultanah Aminah 2, which will be built near to the area. Good for their elderly folks and the retirees.

Since your are in JB, may i know in your view on Gerbang Nusajaya towship?
