alot of the gangs from commie are behind these problems. look at what happen after taiwan and korea were under japan rule. today they are so progressive no such gangs and dirty underground business.

cmmunist = people in community = gangs

in case u dont get it.

even problems with taliban, puas and etc are related to gangs. When u form big gangs , then problems arise

If they don't have gangs, OUG wouldn't be OUG today. .. used to thrive on food stalls, illegal use of road spaces and vices like gambling and alcohol.. however new generations no longer dabble in such trades. Mostly go for professional jobs unless they can't find a decent job.

These are only controlled by certain gang, probably time for them to move on and let the new generation to bring in more systematic management of the road use and cleanliness.

Most hawkers are quietly cash rich and pay no taxes. imagine you can make at least rm500 a day no problem. Only downfall if they have gambling problem because after 2pm usually nothing to do either go land swimming (mahjong) or casino.

Easy solution:
#1 don’t open business that need shoplot, especially restaurants
#2 if open office, open in office building that have management

TS, i want to recommend the e-invoices also apply to all these penjaja. They need to be regulated no matter what.

the e-invoice execution can be done thru TnGO ewallet. so that it guarantee both buyer and seller interest.

maybe in 2035, government must let all these penjaja to test their food in lab, to understand the nutrition level, also must SOP the process to avoid inconsistent food produced.

malaysians cannot always think about FREE. we need to move on.

Instead of complaint the kebajikan collect RM10 per kotak for the cleaning, they should look into how they can make this more legally & apply into DBKL to whole KL area.

e-invoice should apply to all Pasar Malam sellers. this guarantee a lot of things.
