QUOTE(jimmyktp @ Mar 17 2024, 05:02 AM) Probably Desa Sri Hartamas or Subang. Blocking road, terus tow or saman. Too many Chinese in 1 area like OUG is bad. Naik tocang. Jam until like shit because people simply park Before they reno the road, it was bad. Then after that, people not dare to park like that, but after awhile, they all come back and just park as old days. LoL |

QUOTE(y500 @ Mar 17 2024, 09:18 AM) thanks for sharing. now uncle understand what happened liao. apparently all these dispute about $$ jer....typical chinese...get 3 tapak tapi tak mampu bayar RM30....gila this is the same case like landed house/taman having the security guard. why last time RM5? now RM10? because it was subsidies....temporary solutions.... no wonder recently pasar malam improve so much....got rela somemore... they should let go the kebajikan, and then ask DBKL to saman all these pasar malam owner a big fine (RM1000/ea) because dirty and sampah-sarap.... this is the actual solutions by law then |

QUOTE(IccyAsd @ Mar 17 2024, 11:34 AM) this is kind of an open secret thing, at places with lots of gangster regardless of races, especially in klang. you need to pay for protection fee just for safety. (all against you or you pick a side) actually the kebajikan is good, but it is more like 小贩自助会....but, it is not lead by penjaja so they tak syok...anyway, penjaja will not have such initiative too...we need to move away old mindset, government initiative = FREE service. malaysian need to stop taking things for granted. sorry, uncle didn't stand at the penjaja side, uncle stand at policy maker side for this time. QUOTE(iamSUSUman @ Mar 17 2024, 10:50 AM) police duty is probably limited to enforcing security, catching culprits etc. after reports have been filed. from uncle experience, the young man in video didn't tell all the truth. he is playing at edge of the grey area.current confusion comes from an organization that appeared after CNY, allegedly given a license to collect fees from/on-behalf of DBKL... and therefore the things happened like pecah window etc. to have politicians like T.Kok be involved mainly because it involves an investigation into the establishment of ROS allegedly collecting fees on behalf of DBKL, extortion, intimidation, license permit etc. request an infiltration into the city council to find out if the little napoleon is out of order, or the ROS registered entity is acting on its own and simply use DBKL name to act gangster and collect fees. don't think home minister want to entertain unless solid witness and evidence is there, which is what teressa kok is there to do, collect both. that's my personal opinion la.. for sure, there is a lot of un-alignment and weakness in local council to another local council....and we do not have local elections to manage it....by right, all these have to be done by local community via their local AGM/elections....but malaysia already mansuh this. TS, i want to recommend the e-invoices also apply to all these penjaja. They need to be regulated no matter what.
the e-invoice execution can be done thru TnGO ewallet. so that it guarantee both buyer and seller interest. maybe in 2035, government must let all these penjaja to test their food in lab, to understand the nutrition level, also must SOP the process to avoid inconsistent food produced. |

QUOTE(pgsiemkia @ Mar 17 2024, 08:14 PM) malaysians cannot always think about FREE. we need to move on.Instead of complaint the kebajikan collect RM10 per kotak for the cleaning, they should look into how they can make this more legally & apply into DBKL to whole KL area. e-invoice should apply to all Pasar Malam sellers. this guarantee a lot of things. |
