police only act on report, but once report is done u have the deputy prosecutor asking the police to NFA on the case under the command of another higher position who control the whole area (YB), im not literally saying that particular area, just my cents on how every city works in this country, heck even this world

police duty is probably limited to enforcing security, catching culprits etc. after reports have been filed.

current confusion comes from an organization that appeared after CNY, allegedly given a license to collect fees from/on-behalf of DBKL... and therefore the things happened like pecah window etc.

to have politicians like T.Kok be involved mainly because it involves an investigation into the establishment of ROS allegedly collecting fees on behalf of DBKL, extortion, intimidation, license permit etc.
request an infiltration into the city council to find out if the little napoleon is out of order, or the ROS registered entity is acting on its own and simply use DBKL name to act gangster and collect fees. don't think home minister want to entertain unless solid witness and evidence is there, which is what teressa kok is there to do, collect both.

this is kind of an open secret thing, at places with lots of gangster regardless of races, especially in klang. you need to pay for protection fee just for safety. (all against you or you pick a side)

actually the kebajikan is good, but it is more like 小贩自助会....but, it is not lead by penjaja so they tak syok...anyway, penjaja will not have such initiative too...

we need to move away old mindset, government initiative = FREE service.

from uncle experience, the young man in video didn't tell all the truth. he is playing at edge of the grey area.

for sure, there is a lot of un-alignment and weakness in local council to another local council....and we do not have local elections to manage it....by right, all these have to be done by local community via their local AGM/elections....but malaysia already mansuh this.
