Second-hand GPU doesnt work, help needed

Sorry i meant somehow damaged. Anyway the second gpu is from the same seller right? Is it a new or used unit? You can try to get a working or new 3080 to test.

Correct, and used unit. I'll send it to a computer shop and have them check it out, to not risk frying a working 3080 that I can borrow, though its a valid idea. Thanks a lot.
