aeonbank any issue with withdrawal?
i have bad experience with Rize earlier... they block eg RM50k withdrawal and also implement some handling fee (rm0.50 or something)

take note that a lot of purchases not eligible for cashbacks. check the tnc, or better still, make a small purchase first & wait for cashback to appear.

if it appears then good, you know that merchant is not excluded from cashbacks

If kena technical issue like me then can cause panic a while...suddenly doesn't want to recognise my fingerprint... So withdrawal fail... Luckily uninstall and reinstall solves the issue.. makes me think again now for pure digital bank.. once kena issue.. you cannot visit physical bank to withdraw... Emergency time susah lo....

Question: If customer want to issue me a cheque, can i give my customer my Aeon Bank account number? Do you think it will work? Normally i only give Maybank but i wanted to test it out with Aeon Bank which is a full digital bank vs Rize where Rize i am sure it will work since it has alrajihi bank behind it... same goes to GX Bank, do you think it will work?

bring cheque over to maybank cheque deposit machine
write ur name and account number behind
then go to the machine enter your account number
then let it "eat" your cheque
it will spit out a copy of a receipt which contain the imagine of your cheque
wait like 48 hours it will clear then you see money

so now with Aeon Bank - how can i do this process?

Question: got a cheuqe with my name, can i deposit to Aeon Bank or GX Bank or Rize Bank or Boost Bank? Since Aeon Bank dont have a physical bank then how do i deal with this situation?

raise the issue with aeon bank and they revert to me saying the problem have been solved but still face the same issue.

For me its still the same, approve in aeon app, lazada show authentication success and waiting to transfer to the next page to show order success but never able to reach the order success page. Hence my order always never successfully paid. No money deduct from my account and I have raise the issue with Aeon but they claim they have solved it. I tried and raise the issue again they just told me to wait for investigation.

Yup. Still have to use aeon prepaid card. They will integrate it with aeon bank card soon.

seem like they did not round up to 1 cent per day. instead they just give half a cent per day and total up to 15 cent for 30 days instead.

Another day, another new discovery.

I was informed that any interest earned in Pots will be forfeited if you closed the Pots.

I closed 2 of my Pots on 25th and 26th June and realised that the interest earned between 1st June to 25th and 26th June is missing.

Chat with the Agent on 1 July 2024 and he told me that's the case and there won't be any interest earned for those closed Pots.

Oh well.

i had problem to transfer money from AEON to my Bank Muamalat. using iPhone 15 latest iOS and latest AEON app version.

but when i chose Maybank, no issue.
i guess some banks got problem to transfer to.

try choosing common banks like maybank, cimb, etc.

duit now transfer via AEON bank wont be real time? it just show processing and money not deduct
