Eh… normal to hold rm200 . So not advisable to use debit card

aeon live chat not available for 30min. oh my god, poor than gxbank.
now debit card cannot use. all transaction cannot set(zero). very poor service.

finally connected. cs will forward my query to another team . less than 1 min and run away. no record, no email. lost fate on aeon bank service on handling case.
try another option is submit report using system, it is better than live chat with cs. case reported is on 7 june. but case say 6 june for 2 cases. from the number can predict so many people open case.

Found issue myself. Lazada need to turn on online transaction and oversea payment
Pending issue - cannot set transaction limit on debit card (all zero)
Still waiting for cs to respond

My feedback after use Aeon for few days
Customer service:
1. Dont ever bother to use chat on app. It will ask you to call hotline
2. Debit card and check case is different department

a) unreliable when connect platform & bank. Sometimes successful and page blank. Will wonder does transaction went thru or not?
b) Debit card usage - no way to see transaction (unposted) except notification bell. Wait 3 days

Gxbank still best experience compare to Aeon

so far all point credit in after 3-5 days. problem is when use debit card and now all transaction limit cannot set (zero value)

Oversea use gxbank - AEON debit card can leave at home

no cashback so still lose..lol

i keep 3. each has own strength and weakness

debit card can be cancelled.one year enjoy first, those acc must be active else dormant. early join get those benefit first. it just like ewallet when first start

too early to tell. my concept is dont put all in 1 basket. by this week , boost should introduce more stuff and debit card coming next month.

other people question
a)tng - card terminated before annual fee charge. less use when got debit card. now ith no reload with cc, it even lesser and no pidm protection. so only keep 100 for toll usage
b) boost - start using it after tng cc no reload. with boost star - can use to waive bill payment. at least better than tng point. waiting more enhancement with boost bank
c) rize - terminate it after 10 days money loss and night mare refund, app instability and no usage except high interest.
anyway, it your choice . enjoy while it still new and before promo end. think later when campaign end.
