yea few others mentioned as well. been happening quite frequently the past 1~2 days

at least when rize had mass transaction issues, it's mostly settled at same day. Only the "stuck" transactions will take time to refund once report lodged with rize CS.

Seems aeon is worse, few days still recurring and not settled.

what issue u face?

When I try to transfer out, it says unsuccessful. Then I contact their CS. Really not helping at all. Now its ok already. Phew. But I lost my trust on them. GXBank stil better.

There seems to be a lot of updates for their app. Hopefully they resolve their issues soon. So far I've only transferred money in.

As mentioned now is ok already. I am not able to replicate the error again. However just now when I tried it was an error for at least 5 times at different instances.

any idea, for the 3x Aeon point per RM spend, is it applicable to spend at Aeon only?

how about other spend such as paying TNB bills

It's 12.06am, 1 June 2024 now. And I haven't receive any interest yet. Still prefer GxBank. This Aeon Bank doesn't give me that peace of mind.

i was testing the pots.

i have pots of 47.18 x2 and 47.19 x2. by right would get 4 cents. but i get 2 cents only

the funny part is 1 cent get from pot with 47.18 and 1 more cent get from 47.19 pot, but the other 47.18 and 47.19 pot no get 1 cent
