Any one face similar problem with Android 11?

On one the phone that i could download
faced another problem pulak after  keyed it almost everything
asked to  enable biometrics.

the device already using thumbprint and facial
recognition  to open apps i checked setting all there
nothing to enable or change

but  stuck keep saying  to enable biometrics , clicked enable, it kept saying go to setting. already  on thumbprint and facial recognition apa lagi mahu setting?

any one got suggestion ? this device is android 12 Redmi Note 9 Pro.

By the way, I am very much concerned with two matters:
1) AEON Points Programme Membership Fee Waiver -> first year waiver worth RM12
Does it mean second year onwards will charge RM12 ?
I am not a fan of Aeon Mall, can i give up the membership and save the RM12?

2) Annual service fee -> first year waived
Does it mean second year onwards will charge RM8 ?
If I don't activate debit card, can I avoid this fee?

after app update today, was able add aeon viertual card to grab app

Can wo. When I applied the debit card, I was asked to choose colour.

i dont understand this aeon bank putting finger printing even for transfer like gx doesnt even need it zz

But you can see rize and gx does allow the option for the fingerprinting disable. I don't see how fingerprint can ensure better security.
