Account Activation
3.1 Activation Post Account Opening:
After successfully opening your account, as outlined in Paragraph 2 above, you will be
prompted to activate your account. Activation is a mandatory step to fully utilize the
services and features of your Boost Bank account.
3.2 Activation Options:
You will have two options for account activation:
i. Credit Transfer Verification (“CTV”): By selecting the CTV option, you commit to
initiating a transfer from a bank account registered in your name from another
bank. This transfer will serve both as an initial deposit and as a verification
measure.
ii. No Bank Account/Transfer Inability Declaration: If you opt for this method, you are
making a declaration that you either do not have a personal bank account or
cannot perform a bank transfer from your account for certain reasons. With this
option, you can make an initial deposit from any legitimate source to activate your
account.

3.3 Activation Limits:
i. For CTV: Should you choose the CTV method, upon successful verification and
activation, your account will have a transaction limit as detailed in C. SPECIFIC
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DIGITAL SAVINGS ACCOUNTS.
ii. For No Bank Account/Transfer Inability Declaration: If you select this option and
successfully activate your account, your transaction limit will be different from the
CTV method and will be detailed in C. SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR DIGITAL SAVINGS ACCOUNTS and any transfers or transactions made
shall be subject to B. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCOUNTS,
paragraph 6.7.

For those who want to maximize their birthday jar interest to 10%, deposit (0.005/0.05)/(7/366) = 5.23 MYR will do.

Haha I am ikan bilis. I put 10.46 MYR, originally meant to earn 4.97% p.a. effectively in my main account. But now money stuck at this special jar for one month at 5% p.a., not very enticing...

Let's hope they fix the withdrawal issue soon.

From boost wallet app, it show me this ,not sure i still get 5% since it said the jar reach maximum limit, but now still can deposit just cannot withdrawn.

I just found out that there's a new version of BoostBank app on Play Store. Try updating it and see if the bug is fixed.

I see, so you mean the Bataras, Farley, CKS, CelcomDigi etc, all cannot be withdrawn?

Was that the case in the previous month?

5% special jar only appear today, celcomDigi is 4% only and can withdraw with no problem
