Hi all,

Anyone prefer to workout at home?

I personally like to work alone, don't need to compete with people for the benches or machines smile.gif

Dumbbells of various sizes and a bench are the basic necessities.

If you have space for a pull up bar and a dip bar, I would recommend to have them as well.

Calisthenics and weight training go really well together.

1. Foam to protect the floor

3. Adjustable bench
4. Multi function tower - adj height (for pull-up, dip etc)

Can you use the multi function with cables?

I’m currently looking for a good but not too expensive cable machine 😅

The bench ok ok for the price you pay ...

As for the machine cable, I have initial thought of it but overkill to put at my apartment .. if landed maybe higher chance of consideration ..

You buy all this fancy stuff waste oni, after few months won't use edy.

Just get 1 x wall mounted pullup bar, and pair of gymnastic rings.

Can train pushups, chest flies, dips (once u very strong), pullups, inverted rows, Ring Bicep Curl and assisted single leg squats.
Do for 3 years be jacked.

Optional can add 5kg dumbbell for lateral raise.

Ya I’m moving to a low density condo soon but I’m thinking of getting it at my place.

The gym in the condo isn’t as well equipped 😅

If my simple suggestion is not enough for you.

You can get rack, flat bench, barbell and plates.
No need waste money on adjustable bench, i bought adjustable bench, only ever used flat function.

I am hybrid - free weight (dumb bell) and bodyweight combined. I have bought the adjustable bench (cheap one so not that sturdy) pull up bar, dip bar and weight vest and it is working well. At least all the equipment could cover the basic of pull-push and squat

I have never been to gym before thou and I have been working out for more than 5 years at home.
