i think when the alternator is running the volt meter should be reading the alternator voltage and not the batt's as the alternator's voltage will be higher
but as for rate of charge,...as in how many amps is going through and how long more to charge to full n all (which is usually what would fall under the rate of charge function),...that would be venturing into laptop battery monitoring d
and it requires some pretty nifty electronics
dun think its for normal cars like ours

...maybe for the tesla can lor hehehe

err..the ACC guy told me is 3inch, ...i have 2 inch pillar but cant fit in, that's y sitting on dashboard, so far never fall b4, already 8 months this gauge has been serving me..

4.30pm-4.50pm=depart from meeting point and arrive at TT area.(who left behind or will be late pls contact one of the member)
4.50pm-5.00pm=wait all member to arrive.
5.00pm-6.00pm=TT AKA minum teh tarik or makan suka hati you
6.00pm-6.15pm=Photo section. P/S Must take photo if not bared from join TT in the future

im trying to get this meter
much easier to mount than a 52mm profile (i no more dashboard space to drill d )
this nice n flat can stick more discretely
its made by show chrome or sumthing like that

anywayz, the functions are as follows:
digital volt meter (accurate to 1/10 volt)
high accuracy digital readout showing the start-up/running condition of your battery
clock (our lmst no clock...so cham)
stopwatch
lap counter
ice alert thermometer (sure here wont use ice alert...hahaha...but the thermometer still i like )
strong backlight
measuments: 11/16" x 1" x 5 1/2" (thats about 17.5mm x 25.4mm x 139.7mm)

heres the prob...
its abit pricey
im trying to bulk it for a max of USD42 (that works out to about RM140...minus my shipping cost to you (rm5+ for poslaju)
anyone interested?

then v should go for volt or amp guage? singcaii sifu where arr? he knwo where to tap the wire for volt meter bo? or any1 how to tap the wire?

put beside vacuum gauge. buy holder lor. ur dashboard hv flat surface ma.
