I went to PKNS shah alam to renew. Fast, efficient & friendly civil servants. But you need to be there early, latest before 9.30am. Because there is a quota to reduce crowd. Went around 9am, got it done by 12pm.

I don’t think its discrimination, I think its a form of courtesy. Please understand that your inability to speak BM after multiple generations here can be seen as a form of disrespect as it would in ANY OTHER country in the world.
