I'm not sure if it's mentioned before, but how do I check my ambassador status? Cause I called digi customer careline and asked whether they have the promotion for the 50% off for the data plan or not. And the guy told me don't have. Anyone renewed theirs? I mean for the 50% off for the data plan.

If u took the 50% promo on the data plan in 2011, u will need to renew it on 2012 before 31st Dec 2012 but if u took phone bundle contract with ambassador plan then u will 50% off from data plan for 2 years |

They charge me RM68 for data instead promotion 50% data plan. I called CS to request for the 50% off promotion but still charging me RM68 and I already do some complaint. They say will calculate back the bill and reinstate the right package for me

Hello fellow DiGi Ambassador users, today I got my bill and my rebate was not included. Called in to them and was told that my rebate is not in the system anymore. Even the CS was not aware of this 50% mobile internet rebate.

Same like mine, back to normal RM68 for 3GB data. But the 50% discount is only valid for 12 months, I guess it already reach the cycle.. Any news they will resume the promo? Remember last time you need to activate via sms reply..

I am using the so called "Ambassador plan" too.. Sucks!!! Digi is always over charging customers. After paying your bills, less than 2 weeks they will send sms saying you reach 50% already.. DUMB!!
