They charge me RM68 for data instead promotion 50% data plan. I called CS to request for the 50% off promotion but still charging me RM68 and I already do some complaint. They say will calculate back the bill and reinstate the right package for me sweat.gif

I am using 3GB RM34 for quite many years already, every month bill is around RM40-50, maybe is time to upgrade to new package RM68 15GB + free calls tongue.gif

I call to CS already, they say after upgrade to 68, cannot change to 0 commitment already. If want change to other plan, need change to prepaid then only change back to postpaid if want same number cry.gif

Is is a new special rate for digi ambassador, not for public so u will not find any info in public digi site, etc tongue.gif
U only can find out more info if u call CS.

I got a message regarding this plan. I called up CS already and confirm have this plan blush.gif

I just contact DiGI CS, really can apply 2 Ambassador Plan + 1 BroadBand Ambassador Plan rclxms.gif

I just applied another line 2 weeks ago.

I just know that Ambassador is tied to phone number cry.gif

Means if my number is 012-1234567 and 013-1234567 these 2 numbers tied to Ambassador. Forever only these 2 numbers allowed for Ambassador sweat.gif
