Q1. What is this promotion about?A1. DiGi Ambassadors who subscribe to Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB before 31 January 2012 will enjoy EXCLUSIVE 50% discount on access fees for the first 12 months of subscription. This means that you will only have to pay RM34 instead of RM68 per month if you are a DiGi Ambassador.
Q2. I am a DiGi Ambassador. What happens if I sign up for Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB in the middle of the month - will I get the full 50% discount?A2. No. Your discount for the first month will be pro-rated according to your plan's activation date.
Q3. Do I have to tie myself to a 12-month contract to enjoy the 50% discount?A3. No. All you have to do is sign up for the DiGi Ambassador postpaid plan and subscribe to Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB within the promotion period (before 31 January 2012) in order to enjoy the 50% discount for the first 12 months. In the event that you decide to terminate your DiGi Ambassador plan or Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB subscription, you will lose the rights to enjoy the 50% discount immediately.
Q4. Who can enjoy this 50% discount?A4. All new and existing DiGi Postpaidâ„¢ customers under the DiGi Ambassador plan who subscribe to Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB during the promotion period will be able to enjoy the 50% discount.
Q5. I am an existing DiGi Ambassador plan customer who is already subscribed to Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB. Do I have to re-subscribe to the Mobile Internet plan during the promotion period to enjoy this promotion?A5. No. As long as you are not tied to any phone bundle contract, you will be able to enjoy the 50% discount automatically from January 2012 onwards.
Q6. How do I sign up for the DiGi Ambassador plan?A6. Step 1: Get a DiGi Staff to nominate you as his/her Ambassador.
Step 2: Sign up for the DiGi Ambassador plan at any DiGi Centre nationwide.
Q7. How do I subscribe to Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB?A7. You can subscribe to this plan via one of the following channels:

Q8. Can I switch my existing Internet add-on to Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB?A8. Yes, provided that your current Internet add-on is not tied to a phone bundle contract. Customers who are using BlackBerry® BIS or BES are advised to keep their BlackBerry® add-on on top of their new Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB subscription.
Q9. Can I terminate my phone bundle contract to sign up for this promotion?A9. Yes, but a pre-mature contract termination fee is applicable.
Q10. How long will it take to activate my Mobile Internet Monthly 3GB service?A10. It will take a minimum of 48 hours after you have subscribed via one of the channels highlighted above.
