Did you check with kidnemo if the Xmas Nendoroids are the Japan version or North American/Europe version? I'm not sure which distributor they're getting the Nendos from, but hobbyfan did mention theirs is the Japan import. Next time when you purchase anything from Play-Asia, CHOOSE MANUAL PAYMENT!

Then send a message to PA and tell them to inform the Shipping Department to pack the items properly! Try to give more explanation like add more Styrofoams or use bigger box or whatever esp do not fold the top part of the figure's box!

After PA replies you and confirm that they have informed the Shipping Department, go ahead and choose your preferred payment. You can also choose credit card (according to PA).

Why do this?
This is because..if you choose Credit Card or PayPal, your order will be processed immediately! Which means that your order will be processes even before PA reads your message! So, by using this method, you will allow PA to read your message first..then inform the Shipping Department and then only pay! ^^

Please note that this advice is given by Play-Asia. If you've already done this and yet still receive your items in bad condition..please do not hunt for me..
