uh nothing much, they will send u an email telling u, your order has been cancel and hope u buy from them next time haha
In ur account the order will also be marked as cancel, quite hassle free

The goods are actually polymers (from Arab/or SEA) cast in the "Middle Kingdom",/Land of the Gobi desert/Yellow River .. based from initial chracters design and sculpted by Nihon jin/companies based in Japan

do we need to pay 20% cancel fees. in the faq page stated no but when you try to reserve an item, it stated:

Cancel / Cancel Charge
We accept cancel of order if it is not shipped yet.
You need to pay 20% of items price as cancel charge.
However, we can not accept cancel or return of order after we ship.

if still on preorder no need, but if they processing it already thn need to pay 20% cancel charge. they didnt update the statement u see when u reserve i think haha
