Bro cannot sell cos the trade in value at Compasia only RM 9xx, I bought at RM 4xxx. Flagship quality no way I'm selling that cheap. Going to use it till the very end.

Seems like the CN set of Oneplus 13 flashed to OOS is still not stable yet. Phone cannot be updated without losing network functionality. The only solution right now is to root the phone to enable full functionality. Rooting the phone will affect the running of certain apps like banking apps on the phones.

Im afraid this is what is happening. Anybody intending to buy CN set and flash to Oxygen do take note.

I stand corrected if anybody has further info.

You are right. Stable oxygen is not release yet.

Seems like this feature is purposely enabled by Oneplus to prevent users from buying Chinese set and flashing to global rom. Seems like there is not much external developers can do to a particular version of OOS to make it work on the OP13. Because once you update over OTA then you are stuck. Unless of course you keep using the "hacked" version of OOS without updating to the latest firmware.

Using OP13 CN version but flashed to OOS 15 currently, rooted & has no issue with every banking apps that I'm using (UOB, HLB, CIMB, AEON, GXBANK, PBB).

Can update using Full OTA (Manual download) but need to follow the steps, no as simple as OP12 just OTA update.

This phone is my daily driver for the moment.

I think soon they will finally let it to be done as OP12, OTA can possibly be done now but still need to root your phone. But ur mind can't be free from thinking of the risk getting attack once you click a wrong link.

Same goes to me now, even MAE also got no problem.

That is just some minor inconvinience there. "Hopefully" OOS developers will sort it out in the later updates. Just keep us updated on this thread.

Haha... wont la. Just that you need to be in the know how .... what if something happens and you would need to flash the phone and reinstall the firmware. Troublesome Yes, but not impossible.

I flashed to OOS and its working fine until today... app store got a few updates on the apps and after updated now my TNG eWallet app couldn't open anymore.

Anyone encountered the same issue? TNG ewallet version 1.8.49. The apps just couldn't open upon pressing (logo appears and and disappear) or sometimes got an error saying TNG eWallet keeps stopping

I am using OP13 global version, i also updated TnGo ewallet to 1.8.49 this morning but no issue

OP13 china price is so much cheaper compare to global ahh

yeah rooted with unlocked bootloader. Flash from COS to OOS. All the while was working fine with all the apps until recently those apps had an update.

Tested just fine, try to clear cache or data or uninstall and install again

Looks like you've never used touch n go ewallet app? Anyway I downloaded older version got it working now.

Seems like the current version app will detect phone boot loader unlocked state and hence prevent it from working.

Using latest version of TNG with no issue, rooted as well. Which root manager you used? Is it Magisk or KernelSU? I'm using KernelSU Next which is better than these two because major bank apps are working fine compared to those.

Used it in both phone android and apple, so keep switching between those two.
