The stability is as good as when you are on Unifi, provided that the infra in your area doesn't face major breakdown often. . From 2021 I have switch to Digi fibre, then to Maxis fibre, all running on Unifi infra.
There are always talk to psychologically persuade ppl not to switch out from Unifi.

If you have to switch from Unifi usually means your area using TM infra. Unless you are lucky that there's another Maxis DP in your housing taman.

Still worht the switch. Yes most Tmpoint do ask to sign up for the Unifi mobile plan, but you can just terminate after 3 months. Earlier ppl can even terminate the day itself.

If restarting modem doesn't help, call 100 to report. Probably need TM to reconfigure your profile to the correct speed.

Yes, need around 2 weeks for them to terminate. Idk why but I experienced the same thing when switching providers.
Meanwhile, you can plug back the Unifi router to lan 1 and enjoy both lines for the next 11 days if you wish.

I'm sure many would want the SWU 3.0 plan, especially 300mbps free upgrade to 500mbps at rm119. Just advertise it on this forum whenever you feel you give up on Unifi.

Actually they can help get their contractor to replace the fibre cable for you. But maybe easier job just give you the number and let you nego with the contractor.

Just wait for your contract to end then visit Tmpoint to ask for SWU. Or you can also request transfer provider, then TM will counter offer with SWU plan.

Not advisable, as we never know if TM may just approve your transfer and charge you penalty for remaining months. But when you are out of contract, there is no penalty hence they will try to offer something to recontract you for 2 years.

Just apply to transfer to Maxis, TM will counter offer and by then you can decide to accept TM's offer or proceed with the switching.
