i guess if u r using since zaman streamyx and directly upgrade to unifi w/o doing acc termination, tm just start counting from the days that u start subscribing to streamyx.

Hello everyone - I've been told I'm upgraded to 300mbps from 100mbps, but I've never seen myself getting anywhere over 100mbps, and instead I've been getting similar speed during my 100mbps days. (yes, i've only tested using wifi, but I'm not expecting close to 300mbps speeds, but at least more than my previous speed).
Could there be limitation from my hardware?
Currently running Huawei HG850a & ASUS RT-N18U from many many years ago.

I'm seeing you guys talking bout making a complain to MCMC for the free upgrade.

My package was 500mbps and got the free upgrade to 800mbps back in October 2023 (my contract already finished long time ago)

Can I still get a free upgrade, example to 1Gbps?

Guys, for SWU 4.0. I applied for the 300mbps which is Rm119 with 6 months waive, contract started this March-2024. But i noticed that my billing for the past 6 months, it's showing 300mbps at Rm139 instead of Rm119. Although it got waived (except this month, the waive is prorated) but i curious if anyone also getting this?

Edited: I've contacted Unifi via Maya, they gave me a case number and said will get back to me within 5 working days.

Unifi suddenly called me and asked if I had a problem with the internet connection,
they informed that no internet connection was detected at my house.

Apparently I forgot to turn on my internet connection. So unifi thinks i have internet problem. 

If currently on 500Mbps @ RM169/mth (RM179.15 with tax), and already got the free speed upgrade 800/200Mbps.

Can terminate and re-subscribe again to get it cheaper at RM149/mth + free 3 mths? Will they also give the free speed upgrade after that?
