You cannot ask for only remove tv pack
Apply new plan like SWU, or my case when change plan from 30mbps non fibre + ruby pack (RM119), to 100mbps (RM129), TM remove my tv pack without tell me, and now free upgrade to 300mbps

Only can apply at TM point /Unifi store
Not those TAD, unifi sigmboard shop

My relative that i told to him apply SWU 3.0, recently asking me why pc less that 100mbps, after i check pc and laptop connect to 100.0mbps, try set auto, full deplex no change, try cat 5e, cat 6 cable same
Device manager show ethernet is GBE, mean can 1.0 gbps right
Tm give d link x1860z mesh router, what setting that i can check on router for this?

On my phone samsung note 10 lite i try speed test, starting about 450mbps, abit later it drop 350, 300mbps, i no idea why

On old time when i still 30mbps, i no problem with 4k on youtube for one pc, just testing as monitor only 1080
So 100mbps 2 user 4k steaming no problem at all,

And 7th month start pay internet 119+ unifi tv 30
Non V A R pack not free 6 month

Last time my flat copper change to fibre, so new BTU, new Fibre cable, contract no renew
So hope is same case for those change to 1gbps all in one router

Why this few day unifi super slow? Use phone data no problem, lowyat also very slow to load, my sister keep say twitter slow load, but speed test normal

My old pc 2012 no wifi, no choice need use lan cable unifi
My new pc 2022 got wifi, can use my phone hotspot
That issue is some site load very fast, some site is slow respond need few second to load

Lazada sometime will throw error say not network
But use phone data is ok

What related to your plan speed with available subcription speed?
I srill able to get 300mbps that upgrade from 100mbos

same after tax 130+ per month, no problem with speed, just some website very slow load, as above say maybe TM routing issue
download file can over 30MB/s
