The worst part is i asked maxis multiple times why do i need to pay, they said tm dont cover non tm user fibre cable because they dont want to be responsible for it?

no home internet plan can beat fibre.

mobile broadband even 5G is not possible to replace fibre in terms of latency...
and 5G depends on too many factors, including the no of users around ur area which can cause congestion.

No idea cause during the time i helped my parents to jump ship the line to Celcomfibre, Unifi doesn't even mention anything of returning from their side when i physically visit the centre for the confirmation of port out.

I then later live chat asked them those devices - Unifi TV, Router, Modem how? They say can continue use if want.... ok...  Throw, lol ...

Do you have PLOAM password/PPPoE credentials/VoIP credentials on hand? If not, please obtain from TM or else you won’t have access to internet even after reset, I don’t believe TR-069 will be able to set these settings except for maybe PLOAM password

PLOAM is set in GPON mode in ONT tab (iirc), it’s not in my screenshot as my DPN-FX3060V is just doing ATA.

I signed up for 300mbps @ RM168 in 2021. Suppose to have a "free" upgrade in 2023 but till today UniFi app still showing 300mbps, anything I need to do ?

Anyone got charge with this installation charge of RM200? bloody hell betul TM. I previously got issue with netflix that suddenly got subscribed to my unifi account since October last year. I lodged report to cancel that subscription and dont know how tiba2 got open order to modify my package on 15 December 2023. that order completed end of last month and charged me with this RM200. there is nothing different on my package at all and that netflix got cancelled by my own effort by requesting it directly to netflix.

I've asked through live chat on what is this charge is all about and she just reply standard wording that she will open report and escalate this to 2nd level bla bla bla. but the thing is, she also not sure what is the detail of this charges.

since last year, I fight with them to reverse back that netflix charges since it is subscribed without my knowledge with no confirmation received through my phone number and email but now they even charged me some more out of nowhere. 

Probably will complain to MCMC. they dare to charge me RM200 out of nowhere and now I need to wait 15 days for their investigation. They took almost 2 month to fix the netflix issue even after numerous follow up. So damn teruk la.
Its me and I think it is probably subscribed through UPB accidentally. But my complain is more on why there is no confirmation received when it is accidentally being subscribed. And the email used for it is non-existent one. I can't even recover the email from unifi entertainment ala-carte page. it has been solved now but the credit adjustment still havent been made by them.

already got SWU 4.0? If me on 300Mbps + Unifi Tv Ultimate paying RM189.75 monthly, what saving could i get by applying SWU 4.0? currently looking down on shaving some expenses on internet since under utilizing the speed and seldom watching UnifiTV.. I was actually planning to terminate Unifi and go for Maxis or CelcomDigi offer since they were much more cheaper deal..

If i understand correctly for my packages, even if I terminate my UnifiTV package, the bill wont go any lower right since it is bundled together?

I went to TM point today as my contract end few days ago.
TM CS told me there are not any 6 months fee waived package.
I may switch to Maxis which they can offer rm129 300mbps with 6 months fee waived.

Anybody coming from Maxis to unifi? How long does it's take for Maxis to terminate your account after Unifi installation complete?

i'm currently in 500mbps with 129. my Service Start Date: 19 May 2022, i plan to change to 100mbps at RM89.00 after 3 months.

Firstly is 100mbps speed sufficient for DST ? Only two person using..Will need to add netflix as well. Is there any better deal out for internet & netflix ?

Does anyone knows how Credit Adjustments work in TM Bills?
For example, I lodged a claim on behalf my father in law for downtime and was given a sum of credit adjustments as they informed me, it shall reflect on the next billing cycle. We also intended to terminate the account thereafter.
If the adjustments is becomes overpaid say a few RM hundreds, meaning to say the bill is in overpaid mode, will then if we terminate the account, they will return back the overpaid by cheque / ewallet / how?

Which TMpoint did you go to convert to SWU? How about those TM Authorised Dealer/ Reseller Outlets? Or this can only be done at TMpoint?

May I know how to request for SWU? Can I just approach the staff and tell them that I want to convert SWU? Or need to act like I'm interested in other ISP cheaper plan then only they will counter-offer the SWU?

I plan to go to Unifi Store KLCC tomorrow because it's the only branch that opens during weekends.

Is Unifi Store same as TMpoint? Can I request to change to SWU 4.0 plan at this branch?
