So, I don't see why they cannot charge pple money for using their road (whoever owns the road).

Btw, because it's private, they can even restrict who can use and who can't.

kek so everytime they want to earn more pocket money they just suck it up frm the rakyat and then spend it on their family and thats it?

Taman roads all belong to government lah, the developer build then handover to government even the street light, longkang, trees and playground is gov manage punya, it doesn't belong to you or the developer. Maintenance all u can complain to majlis, those ppl come cut grass is majlis punya. Genting is a different case, they own the bloody hill and the road is owned and maintained by themselves.

You got pay cukai taksiran to majlis right? That's for then to maintain the road and grass etc lo, even collect your rubbish.

they built and maintained the road but now got other developer come in and use the road. Do you know how much is the infra cost on the total development? they want to make money and not charity.

I wonder if this new cost spur that apek has-been rally driver to drive even more crazy in order to get more ad revenue.
