Before closing your account, please ensure the contract period already ended and there is no outstanding bills.

Option 1:

You can visit our nearest Yes Store at your current area (immediate termination). The list of Yes Store that provides account termination services as per below;

Cheez, I tot they fixed this ages ago. Guess it's still an issue. I had similar issue years ago trying out Yes.

Good to test our patience

Once 5G turn 4G, and it won’t turn back. This is Yes DNA. No matter mobile plan or data plan, same sh*t.

I emailed termination request yesterday. attached with termination form and IC. Within 24 hours, my account has been terminated. Super efficient for my case
