There are 2 options on how you can terminate your account. The options are as per below.

Before closing your account, please ensure the contract period already ended and there is no outstanding bills.

Option 1:

You can visit our nearest Yes Store at your current area (immediate termination). The list of Yes Store that provides account termination services as per below;

1. Perlis - Yes Store Persiaran Jubli Emas, Kangar
2. Kedah - Yes Store Aman Central Mall, Alor Setar
3. Perak - Yes Store Ipoh Greentown Business Centre, Ipoh
4. Penang - Yes Store Gurney Paragon, Georgetown
5. Klang Valley - Yes Store LOT 10, Bukit Bintang, KL
6. Negeri Sembilan - Yes Store Seremban Prima Mall, Seremban
7. Melaka - Yes Store Jalan Ong Kim Wee, Melaka
8. Johor - Yes Store Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
9. Pahang - Yes Store East Coast Mall, Kuantan
10. Kelantan - Yes Store Kota Bahru Mall, Kota Bharu
11. Terengganu - Yes Store Kuala Terengganu City Centre, Kuala Terengganu

Option 2:

You can send your termination request via email to yescare@yes.my (process is within 3 working days).

Kindly ensure that your account has no outstanding amount and the contract period already ended before proceeding with the account closure request.

I emailed termination request yesterday. attached with termination form and IC. Within 24 hours, my account has been terminated. Super efficient for my case
