 Yes 5G terminate problem

Anyone know how to terminate YES 5G broadband. I want to terminate my sim card whiteout contract but ONLY Method in Selangor its to walk in LOT10. NO email and phone call its basically impossible , I think kena toto its much easier.

Lol, still shitty as ever. I tot that was ages ago. Subscribe is easy. But when want to terminate...you have to go extra mile to get it done. Am quite tempted to get YES, but then their physical store is nowhere near my place. Am not going to travel miles to do this stupid shitty thing.

Postpaid just fill up form email to them for processing. may take some time LEL
no idea about broadband.

Some are easier (just call in or app). The worst experience "line terminate" award...goes to...ah...yes that's the one. Most will just try to make your life difficult, coz they don't want you to terminate.

Recently, I tried to terminate my Astro broadband, also same thing. They ask you to go physical store to do. When apply, easy, can do online. But they call me up to upgrade via phone, no issue for upgrade. Then I tell them I don't want upgrade but want to terminate broadband (coz expensive), they say cannot. You have to physically go to Astro store. Bummer. They dare care call to pay extra to upgrade I told them you call me for more $$$ but don't want to give more freebies. Then what's the point of paying more but no freebies. Apa la. Sorry, wrong thread, just ranting my displeasure with Astro BB.

ayam boughted their Postpaid in shopee for RM1 valid for 1 month, ayam thought last day just live chat ask for terminate baru suprised have to fill in forms and etc.
activation so easy just scan IC and face in their app

Why so difficult? I always go lot 10 enjoy the food street. Just rm5 got an unlimited ride .

At least yes can be easy access by public transport and in cbd area. P1 wimax is worst. Lmao.

Before closing your account, please ensure the contract period already ended and there is no outstanding bills.

Option 1:
