i saw one really great tint green color, how much does tinting whole saga lmst cost? i mean for a reasonably good brand
*
vkool is about 2.4k
but then dont get that...i guess u might have seen my thread on that topic d?hahaha
but good tints will be more than 1k usually
the cheaper ones dont cut heat and glare as well
and also there are distortions in the film....especially after a few years
initially, they look quite good...
but ultimately,...the distortions start to show in the cheaper ones
this is one thing where i would recomend you pay the extra cash and go for a good and reputable brand biggrin.gif

just tried out my friend's new lmst
its using the stock 4-1 exhaust manifold
i can honestly say that his car has far better low end torque compared to mine which is using a long 4-2-1 extractor (which was stock when i purchased my car back in May)
if ya'll are having problems with power, i would suggest you get a trade in on the 4-2-1 extractor at your local exhaust shop
im sure they have many 2nd hand 4-1s hanging around
im seriously considering doing this as my low end torque is really bad hmm.gif

nope... wont fit nicely without mods... if u notice it is longer than normal headlamp... thus, grill need to cut short... hood need to skim the lips off abit... respray everything... signal lamp need to touchup abit....

cefiro headlamp will cost about rm250-rm300... plus modifications everything can bring up to rm500...
*
ooo
liddat duwan lar
wana keep my iswara body stock
once start skimming n all the anti-rust coating is compromised
then rusting will start sooner sad.gif

yeah, i need brighter headlamps, too
the Hella i got isn't really bright enough
perhaps it need some adjustment, or perhaps i need to put it in front of the grill?
plus, the plastic headlamps with way too much hairline cracks are really getting on my nerves
yet, i'm too stingy to buy a new pair
urghhhhh...
*
where you installed ur hella lamps?

QUOTE(domo_kun @ Dec 18 2007, 09:52 PM)
what's the difference between driving lamp and fog light?
any pictures? websites?
still, i don't like HID
yuck yuck
*
actually guys, thats not the point of fog lights
u notice that fog lights are always a certain shade of yellow?
thats not just to look cool
that particular wavelength of light travels farther through fog than would normal white light
(white light just gets reflected back and it becomes like shining a light at a wall thats 3 feet infront of you)
on the other hand, that particular yellow wavelength of light can go through further and thus you get to see further

so in conclusion, its the wavelength of light produced that is the difference between driving lights/spot lights and fog lights

ya if u drive early on highway sometime there are fog.. becos our headlamp too white is good for us to have foglamp also.. with foglamp u can see better i mean those yellow color 1 la not those white color..
*
lets not get mixed up here
fog lamps are yellow
they have a yellow lense

the white ones are either spotlights, these are for long distance beams
and the other one are the driving lamps...these produce a wider beam,...something light floodlights...and dont reach as far as spot lights....

As the aircond panel could not buried neatly into the original aircond slot, I move my meter cluster into the aircond slot.

this is y i like the old iswara's dashboard so much
its customizable
the lmst's wan so hard to install mods
no space at all
sighz
imho could mod a face plate so that it fits in nicely
like this it looks a little on the coarse side
if redo the mounting sure will look nice

but 1 thing lar
the aircon control should be within reach so that wen driving can still adjust
now it is like the lmst's controls
all the aircon controls (which we use during driving) are at the bottom and out of reach
and all the useless buttons (which we use when we are stationary, e.g. hazard lights and trip meter reset) are at the top within easy reach when driving
i mean,...common!...
which idiot in proton designed that?!
really no brains lar these ppl doh.gif
