I'm still on the unifi 800Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018), the 2023 free upgrade notification also gone from my selfcare dashboard.. I guess I'm not getting the free 1gbps upgrade then.

I'm still 800mbps turbo package, not only I have yet to receive upgrade. The free speed upgrade eligibility notification also disappeared from MYUnifi page.

Does anyone know if it is possible to downgrade to 500mbps and get my speed upgraded back 800Mbps with cheaper bills? I don't really need the 1Gbps upgrade at this point, the current 1Gbps package on the website is only RM10 more than my current 800mbps turbo.
