I actually opted to take their offer.

9.28 kWp for monthly payment of RM 372 for 10 years. No upfront cost, they throw in first 3 months free. On top of that I got RM4k rebate from Solaris.

System was installed early July.

My TNB bill went down from RM 600-700 to RM 50 for July bill. August TNB bill is on track to have same or lower amount.

Considering that this setup would cost 30k, I think its worth it, they can take their profits over 10 years 

The system is yours dy. By then the inverter should have used up the lifespan also.  No point taking back.

I don't see how it is worth for the customer.
The setup cost is around 30K, now u pay 372 x 120 months = 44,640.

Better opt for 30K with 60 months installment.

Just wanted to check with those that are already on NEM.

My system was commissioned mid last month and that coincided with my monthly TNB billing date. 1+ month down the road now, I still don't see my latest bill in the app. Did you guys go through a delay in the first bill after commissioning?

1. App shows generation in kwh
2. Tnb meter shows the export in kwh

There is a difference between the 2 that I observe. I am guessing that the difference is a combination of day time usage (which I am unable to determine) and loss during transmission. I am trying to gauge the latter (if any). Based on my limited knowledge, the quality of wires may impact the loss rate hence the query.

Home solar must be in demand now as not many actually responding to a quote.

So far i only got a quote from one supplier, 34k for 11kw system, micro inverter ,cash term. Any opinion about the price?

U want bigger wattage pnel, the panel dimension  will be bigger

600w is 2394*1134mm

After nearly a month of operating my solar system, I’ve noticed an unusual production pattern from one of my inverters, which is connected to four panels. Frequently, between 12pm and 1pm, this microinverter generates very little power, regardless of whether it’s sunny or cloudy.

As you can see, the position of these four panels covers both angles of my roof and they are not shaded by anything.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

When I asked the question to my Vendor the answer is Yes.. can expand as long as spaces allowed.. mine is Micro inverter type.

++ And yes, got to apply additional kWp from Seda too..

quite sure you need to apply for higher capacity...

also most likely hard to upgrade panel alone... probably install additional panel/inverter

Panel installed on last Saturday, received TNB welcome letter today late morning (current smart meter can be used)..I think this is pretty fast.
