Looking for 12v 0.3a charger, Electrical expertise required

I use this charger to top up my bike's battery after parking the bike for months. I use a 50000mah power bank that can supply the max 18w for faster charging / top up.
You plug this into 5V1A charger for 5W, don't go above. |
