From my bro's bike, the signal light stalks don't last. He's using aftermarket front and rear signal lights. Engine no issues though. Even before I got my Dominar. Still can't bring myself to buy it. I might be more tempted if they throw the 700CLX engine in and add cruise control. Since they already announced the updated 700MT This post has been edited by jaycee1: Sep 15 2023, 06:55 PM |

Looks like the vote is still for naked bikes. Even with sport bikes and sport tourers added, still cannot match the numbers for naked bikes...I guess I will do another poll (and add in retros) in a few months just to see the trend by numbers. I thought the ADV fan base would be higher though with so many GS and GSA running around. Thanks all for participating.

But for those that actually do go off road, we know better to go with something lighter and lower. Besides there is a significant ADV tax on the bikes. Those big GSs are mainly used as highway mile munchers, and great in that role. Or perhaps the big bike ADV demographics are different from the ones in this forum, both in size of our wallets and size of our stature. I for one can't see myself trying to muscle a tall 260kg, 150k bike on the soft stuff..... lowpro liked this post

Definitely needs a rear sprocket downsize. I'm running 3T down. Top speed now is about 165 without my panniers.Tomorrow go checkout the CBR hope all goes well And yeah, I check the gearing of D400 and Duke 390.... it's geared to max at 140, wth lah.
