Its best to read different reviews you cant just read 1 because many sites are actually bias

how to claim the free game?coz all i got is a card that tell i deserve two free games...no key

last time, my fren bought HIS 2600xt got a card also but with original key..and the game have to be downloaded via steam.

i install the ati driver. then the drive itself included steam installer.
then i install and apply a user acc. then it got free games in the FREE GAMES there.

HD3870 pawns 8800GT and 2900XT??

You're late into the party as well... No, HD3870 does not perform better than 8800GT. Yes, it performs similar or better than 2900XT. HD3870 consumes less power and produce less heat as well, compared to 2900XT.

Well i am still confuse on which card to get for my rig.my 1st choice will be the HD3870,2nd choice is 8800GT.
But i heard the 9800 and 3870X2 is coming out.
I am confuse.

Its all depend on ur budget la if u got the moolah, then just go for 3870x2. This card is already been selling at LYP with RM1.6k pricetag.

HD3870X2 is already out, but if you can wait, the better versions of the HD3870X2 (maybe using GDDR4, better coolers, etc.) will be out pretty "soon" as well - don't trust me on this one 9800...erm...end of Feb, I guess? It's pure speculation. If you can wait, wait till March

nope. Even 3870 is on par with 2900xt in some terms.

actually 2900xt perform better than 3870...
just the 2900 use alot more power n produce more heat...

New 3870 user reported in. I bought a single slot version of 3870 (Sapphire).

Haven't got time to check the cooler performance. I kind of prefer reference board version and cooler. I heard it is better.
