QUOTE(l2k @ Oct 8 2024, 01:41 PM) Hi, anyone can comment how good/ bad is the Tesla navigation compare to Google map/ waze? Didn't test this during my test drive unfortunately. I remember reading somewhere that premium connectivity will enable traffic information. Cannot compare to waze, waze is still the best. |

QUOTE(Agent001 @ Oct 8 2024, 04:14 PM) not that i want to put seat covers, i agree putting seat covers is quite futile..... Dont worry too much, cleaning wise just use non alcohol baby wipes and microfiber cloth. I have 1 just to clean the seats. I also bought the chemical guys total interior cleaner, but have yet the need to use it. just want to know durability and ease of clean of the white seats.... tq.. After a month+ of usage i do notice some light marks / wrinkles at the side bolster Edit: However if i were to choose again, i would definitely still go for white interior again. QUOTE(l2k @ Oct 16 2024, 05:02 PM) Maybe not enabled yet. According to news "the EV no. plate is equipped with a QR code and an integrated RAIN (RAdio frequency IdentificatioN) passive RFID chip running a GS1 UHF Gen2 protocol, operating in the 860 MHz to 930 MHz UHF range. The RFID element – which can be used as an identifier at speeds of up to 230 km/h – isn’t in play yet, but future-proofs the plate for intelligent transportation system (ITS) integration down the line as well for possible payment options.....As the RFID on it uses the entire front plate as an antenna, the chip will give a much stronger signal than say, the plain sticker that TnG uses. " I heard rumors on the speed identifier. In future once you pass a tol booth, if you speed. Saman will auto send to you. Cause they can auto calculate how fast you drive from Tol booth A to B. If this is true then maybe i wanna hold on to changing to new plates.Source: Paultan gobiomani liked this post

QUOTE(l2k @ Oct 27 2024, 10:28 PM) Finally pulled the trigger on M3 LR after a lengthy consideration. 1. +- 1 month maybe, your choice of interior color also got affect i think.Would like to ask few more questions here. - Have gotten the VIN but not the motor number. How long is the waiting period between VIN and motor number assignment? - Anyone has gotten the metallic sputtered tint like Vkool and IRIS pro? Does it impact GPS/ mobile signal? - What are the tested and must have accessories? - Charging practice for LR to reduce battery degradation. 80% is the recommended daily limit for LR, but some well-known youtubers mentioned even lower limit like 70% or even 60% if only doing frequent short trips daily. Would like to hear the opinion from actual owners 2. No idea on this, using 3M so far everything is good 3. Phone holder, console trays, back trunk mat, sun shade, screen protector 4. Usually charge to 80% for daily use (SOC is usually kept in the range of 40-80), sometimes if lucky get TDC thn i will charge to 85-90% my advise is dont worry too much on the battery, you got 8 years warranty. If you need to use it just charge only. This post has been edited by Prometric: Oct 28 2024, 10:00 AM l2k liked this post

QUOTE(Capr1corn @ Oct 31 2024, 11:47 AM) Any recommendations on installers for the wall connector? I have been told that my car will be ready for delivery end of November. Your info is much appreciated. Go for Tesla Approved Installer. Price wise not much difference actually. Also i know that after installation they will take picture and write an official report to be submit to Tesla. So they know if you engage other parties to do the installation.Might affect your warranty claim if anything happen with the charger if you opt for other installer. I did mine with approved installer for RM2k only This post has been edited by Prometric: Nov 1 2024, 08:49 AM |

QUOTE(Capr1corn @ Nov 5 2024, 02:43 PM) Another question for the brothers here, I just want to know what percentage is the car charged to during delivery time? i think mine is around 80% but you can freely use their TDC there to charge to full if you want. Not sure if you need pay for the supercharger at the collection area though. |

QUOTE(Capr1corn @ Mar 17 2025, 08:48 AM) I see ppl posting about their driving efficiency rate all the time on sm showing off how they are getting a lifetime efficiency rate something like 100wh/km. My question to all is, is it an ev thing to be so obsessed about driving conservatively. Why buy a high powered Tesla or any other ev make only to drive like that. It sure would be very boring. I wonder if the same ppl share the same concern when driving an ICE car. Not all are like that. For me i never even check the driving efficiency. See straight road i tekan only. Just that we never post only Jason liked this post
