DDG is the best of a species that is in the wrong era.
This is the era of a ball playing GK and if DDG were playing, yes he might do better against those shots but United's buildup play will be much worse. And much for likely to get caught in possession. See last season.

Onana was responsible for the first goal. Yes he should be responsible. Though let him settle in. All these calls for DDG does nothing for us.

And the talk about Casemiro and our midfield problems. Our problem is the number 8 position. Not Casemiro. It just makes Casemiro look worse. Erikssen has the passing range to play number 8 but not the energy. He lost his man for the second goal and conceded both the corner and the subsequent penalty. But there is no one else right now. My take here is wait for Amrabat to start, or maybe Mainoo, then look at how our midfield and Casemiro performs with that pairing.

Mainoo and Amrabat gonna give so much more energy in the mid when they are available - but don’t know when.

Rashford was heavily criticised last match for his pressing and back tracking. This morning, he trackback, but he look very frustrated everytime for having to track back if anyone notice.

Not sure why McTom struggle so much with no impact coming as sub. No consistent run of games?
