I bring it in a pill box container la...i accidentally left it in office. So I use my old previous mini jam bottle. Cute huh?
95% I take these Mon - Friday without fail unless I'm away from home.
1 Vitamins and Mineral(Blackmores)
2 Vitamin B Complex(Amway)
2 Fish Oil Caps(Blackmores)
Occasionally, Glucosamine but not often.
Rest for the rest of the days

I manage to ran 10KM with some soreness on my right calf. I got some motivation from somewhere.. Anger is the best motivation ever.
