crystal case makes the PSP looks thick. got myself a Blackhorns but sold it off dy. doesn't scratch the PSP. just not so comfortable, same like Logitech Playgear Pocket. that's why ordered myself a silicone case.  tongue.gif

i think its a common problem for all the Slim's SP to have bubbles or uneven @ edges. mine is the same too. try use hair dryer to warm it then flatten it. might help. who knows.  biggrin.gif

How much is the psp slim selling outside? and region locked to which region? Under RM800 preorder in sony centres, region 3, worth it?

the set itself is around RM650. with 2GB + freebies is RM780 while 4GB + freebies around RM820-850. all comes with custom firmware. all should be from Hong Kong. RM800 preorder from Sony is just the set itself right? if you're rich enough to play or UMD games, get it. coz if not, once u flashed the original Sony ones to custom firmware, warranty will be void anyway. better save some bucks & get it from our LYN sellers such as Gamers Solution, SCE etc. just my 2 cents. smile.gif

^ at least when it comes to warranty, can just send straight to Sony (M). Warranty void leh...that one leh, flashed it with OFW when sending for warranty lor...pandai2 la.

problem is, flashing back to OFW from CFW isn't as easy as flashing to a CFW from OFW
somemore, to fix a bricked PSP due to the exploit of CFW, Sony still won't layan one, they will charge some money

With DCv3, downgrading backt to OFW is a snap.

There's a setting in recovery mode to enable it, that is if you using CFW...

if u r using CFW shut down ur PSP then HOLD "R" while powering up(to go to the recovery console). go to the configuration settings and select enable flash player. to double check go to the setting in the PSP XMB and enable the flash player.

When im using 3.60m33 and 3.71m33-2.. there is some difference.. i wonder why..

FLASH can be disable at XMB on 3.60

But on 3.71 i couldnt find the option.. the only way is recovery menu.. hmm.gif

hi,im trying to buy a psp slim...but im afraid that ill get scammed or maybe brick my psp....can any1 guide me? i just wan to buy a psp and play my downloaded games...

MS Pro Duo

2GB around RM80-90
4GB around RM130-160

as for bricking it... I choose not to mess with the themes...just change wallpaper and play games!!!

firmware made by hackers to allow homebrews.it is same as sony official firmware.. it just tweaked a little bit to allow homebrews.
