As i see Yesterday, still doing Car Park level 6. hahaha

I have ask the Sime Darby Office, they told me if can faster they will delivery the key 2027 Q4, if late will delivery 2028 follow the contract time frame. zzz

For those who managed to get a SAMM unit, how did you all apply?

I applied for SAMM here but was in waiting list for almost 2 years now, since last year. Is it first come first served?

Hype Residential should be have higher rental because this Hype near by BRT and LRT Interchange and also the Mix Development which have Retail Shop also. Let's see in future

Hype Residential Definetly is good to Invest Property, the Target is very clear, target student Sunway, Monash, and surrounding Small College Student, also can target the sunway Internation school Family and student.
