I was planning to get Type A a few months ago but couldn't afford it so I considered getting one at Serasi (same developer) but now Hype just launched a Type D/studio unit on their site and I just might get one.

Type D u can buy from LPHS only 250k why use 400k buy same type unit. i have check with LPHS they still have available SAMM unit for type D, maybe u can try submit it.

somemore the Type D at Wings D, this block their using low cost material compare with other Wings A, B, C. so i think better go for 700 or 900 Sqft.

Whoa I didn't know Type D is SAMM unit. The sales rep recently called me and said there's this studio unit (which is Type D) that's available and if I'm interested. I thought it's a new type of unit that they just introduced because they say they're launching it this Sat. I don't remember seeing a Type D a few months ago otherwise I would have gone for it. I asked about SAMM units back then and I was told that sudah lama habis.
So I just saw this and realized I'm being offered one of the 10 units.

I'm unsure what's the difference between those 10 units and the others but I do know that all these 10 units are at the highest floor. These 10 units also has a partial and fully furnished units.
I would go for the SAMM unit but I'd also like to know what's the difference between these 10 units (400k) and the others (250k I guess) and I'd like to go for the full furnished unit for my own stay since I can't be bothered with all the furnishing and stuff. It's my first time getting a house so any advice? smile.gif

guess there will be no different. only that non samm is on the highest floor. regarding material used i think wont be different too as it will incur more cost to order different material. as example sam and non samm will get laminated timber flooring too for master bedroom, samm wont get furnishing option and cant even choose floor/unit. those 10 units confirm u can choose.

if u asked the agent directly, they will always tell u the samm unit sudah habis. because the agent handling samm and non samm is different. u need to apply thru lphs and wait for them to contact u if ure selected. last time i asked the agent handling samm, left only 100+ units pending loan. and that's just over a month ago, shortly after they launched samm units. for me, first time home must be those affordable one. can always upgrade later and rent out ur first home. cos chance only come once.

Ya, this 550 sqft selling around 702 per sqft if only take partial furnish

For 700 sqft selling price is 770 per sqft if only take partial furnish

So 550 sqft is low entry for investment. I also will rent it out for 550 sqft.

But 700 sqft unit a lot people buy also, very fast finish
