day 1 sleep.
7 hours 22 minutes. I think that roughly correct. sleep score 82, guess that's good for me xd
Just before you sleep, just select the sleep mode. Your watch aod turns off (probly also battery saver features as well, though not sure). You can't wake it unless you deliberately press the button. So you don't have to worry about accidentally turning it on at night while asleep.
In the indepth sleep stats you can see your sleep stages, which i got 4 which is normal. It even shows your duration for awake, rem, light, deep. But i don't have the equipment like quantified scientist did. So i can only assume it's more or less correct. But it's rather interesting to see these stats.
You don't get your animal badge until 7 days of sleep records.
ages is light orange. If you click "i" it suggests how to improve this score.
energy score 62 fair. i think that is about right. i don't feel too crappy or feel like superman either. more or less accurate.
stress level in the green. Makes sense cauz i'm well rested.
One thing they said you should do before breakfast is run the body composition around this time.
You can navigate from your watch, but since my S24 Ultra is right in front of me, i prefer checking via the phone because it's got a bigger screen and you can see your options in one place rather than swipe through on watch. When i'm away from phone only then i'd use the watch. So i can run the tests from phone and the watch will run the measurement, perfect. it's a very seamless experience.
battery is 54% It was roughly 70-80% i think before i went to bed. Also it's still learning my patterns so have to wait a week or 2 before it adjusts battery to my usage.
