Not worth it to invest in electric car for condo.

My company aldy install one EV charger per 3 parking space, whoever drive EV car entitled to take loan from company with intrest rate of 0.5% only. And the EV charger at company is free for use yea. They installed a lot of solar panel , basically  cover the whole roof in order to promote green energy use

The max load is already calculated on worst case that everyone pull full amps on the switchgear continuously. This is not Pakistan where there are blackouts and brownouts as a daily occurrence.

Supply wise on one unit say it’s 63A or up to 63x3 if 3phase means TNB already warranted that you can use anywhere between 0-63A per phase safely.

highest amp of motor is Imax when starting from zero
It is unlikely that ALL 1000x ac motors’ random delay timer match at the same second. Like that better buy jackpot

Now Tesla so cheap at rm200k is a real steal I expect next year the road will be flood with Tesla cars.

My concern before buy is can those stay in condo buy Tesla or better wait have some e charging facility installed by the condo?

if u plan to pasang on your own parking lot

got many limitations (like car park layout and space ; nearest plug/power source ) and JMB might not allow you to do that due to safety reason/regulation

Ya, maintenace will kill you, bawah pokok mechanics don't have skill yet, maybe 5 years's time.

depends. My condo no issues. U can install but u pay extra maintenance fee.
