Actually I did done some research.
I totally agree with your point, the downside really one equine seriously high density within that small area.
For parkland residence yeah true location very far far away, but I did go read about mkh development plan there, they going to develop that area especially building a mall nearby parkland residence / opposite Mirai residence. And others development within that area as well by mkh within 9 years, so I guess it might be trying my luck on this if I choose parkland residence kajang2?

P.S: I quite skeptical will same as picture, but at least got potential development at that area?
