The south west area you mentioned actually quite developed right now.
Seri kembangan even the mines area also around RM500 sqft already, bkt jalil also already quite high, saw a project RM 650 sqft as well.
So Kajang there still consider early entry, sure will developing over time, but time matter i guess, since location is really quite far, unless MKH success transform to similar in pic then will be another story then for me.

I went to there physical view dy, so far from the pics, the presence/developing is Mirai residence, the primary school, parkland residence.
The KTM mall not sure will follow the plan or not as there already have KTM car park present at there.
Kajang2 Mall i guess going start soon, saw a tractor there, but not sure whether is they starting prepare land for kajang2 mall.
